1) Please have any references/descriptions needed for each art piece prepared.

2) All payments will be done beforehand, there will be no sample/progress shots of any piece before payment is made. If you would like to see examples, (I have those prepared beforehand.)

3) Clients can requests certain changes. (i.e. color alterations, if a mistake was noticed in the piece that I have made)

4) The artist has the right to reject any critiques in the style preferences or skills.

5) If a cancellation is requested and it is under $25, they will be refunded full price if it is done within 24 hours. After 24 hours, or above $25, they will be refunded 50% of commission price.

6) The artist has the right to cancel due to rude/inappropriate behavior, poor communication, or inability to understand. (I speak only English)

7) When the artist feels it is necessary, they will email with updates, such as approximate time they will need for the completion or what stage they are in. (Pictures will not be apart of this)

8) The artist has the right to deny any commission for any reason that is necessary. i.e, hateful content, violence, sexually explicit content, etc.

9) The artist reserves the right to add any commissioned work to portfolio for display. Requests to delay publications may be made by the client.

10) Unless stated otherwise for reasons that may be discussed, the artist will be able to retain and keep all rights to her work and use it for merchandise and prints.

11) Any characters depicted that have been created by the artist will remain under said ownership. (Only the commissioned image will belong to the Client)

12) The Client may not profit from any other artwork aside from the commissioned image. (They can resell only the original image alone and may not profit beyond that.)

13) Commissioning the artist agrees to the terms above which may be subject to change in the future, but will not affect past clients.
