1. NSFW: anything involving sexual poses & violence, not even a sexy outfit or flirty poses. Romantic scenes are fine though just nothing vulgar. But personally I'm okay with a bit of violent/gory scene as long as it's not too sadistic (by my standard) - you'd need to provide me an example of a scene you'd like to draw before agreeing to commission me. ;)
2. Pony/MLP

:: I have the right to accept or refuse the commission for whatever reason.

:: The commission results are for personal use only, any commercial use is strictly prohibited, meaning the commissioner have no right to profit from the artwork.

:: IF you actually want the commercial rights however, you can add some extra charge (note me, it's still a budget price ;]) under this condition: the character design must be totally owned by you, not a fan art.

:: I have the right to show/share the commission results in my personal websites & portfolio.

:: Shall you share the commission results elsewhere including your own Deviant Art account, please keep the credit of me being the artist/creator. The character design surely belongs to you or the respective creator but you must not claim the drawing/artwork as your own creation - no plagiarizing, copying, distributing, editing, or profiting off the image.
