T.O.S. PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME. If you do not read it it does not mean you don't have to follow my rules. I reserve the right to cancel a commission or refuse service due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or a violation of terms.

~General Information~
Payment is in Points or in USD. Kofi, Venmo, or PayPal.
• Your purchase will be delivered as a digital file. I do not offer prints of my artwork at this time.
• I will show you a work in progress sketch of your piece. That is the time that you may ask for changes.
• I reserve the rights to increase the pricing for a highly detailed piece, such as an extremely complicated character in realistic style.
• I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I feel necessary. If this should occur I will refund you your points or USD.
• Please do not ask that I draw in a different style. I assume you are commissioning me because you like the style I currently use.
•I DO NOT draw NSFW, offensive, racist or Anti-LGBT pieces.

~Payment and Ordering Process~
• I require full payment before I will begin your commission.
•Send me a Note or Discord DM to SkyVengeance#2228 detailing what you would like as well as a reference sheet of your character.
•Please only send payment once I have confirmed that I can accept your commission
•I will add you to my to-do list and then you may send payment. I will note on the to-do list that you have paid. *I send work in progress shots. That is the time to ask for changes. If you do not ask for changes I assume you like it as is. It is your responsibility to tell me if you need something changed at the sketch. Failure to tell me could result in an unsatisfactory product. Be clear and communicate with me.*

~Completion Speed~
•Commissions can take between a few days to weeks to complete. This depends on how many commissions are in the queue, as well as the style of the piece. Realistic will take far longer than sketched style, etc.

• If there is to be a delay in commission completion I will let you know.

•You may note or DM me and ask how your commission is going whenever you like. Please be polite!

~Copyright/Usage Information~ •I reserve the right to use the piece as an example for future orders, as well as post it to my Instagram and DeviantArt. However, if you wish for a commission to be private, please include that in the Note or DM when ordering.

•If I display the piece anywhere it will properly credit you as the character's rightful owner.

•You may NOT remove my signature from the piece.

•You may NOT claim the artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference the artwork.

•You MAY repost the artwork with credit to me and a link back to my DA. If posting to Toyhouse please credit my Toyhouse toyhou.se/Skylasha.

•You MAY use the artwork for personal use.

•You may NOT change or modify the art in ANY way or use the work for commercial purposes. (Making money off of it in any way.)

~Refund Policy~
• I only give refunds if I must cancel the commission
• You may not cancel or demand a refund once you have paid.
