1.- General
1. When you commission me, you will have to accept theTerms of service. 2. I have the right to change these terms, those changes will not affect those who already accepted them. 3. I have the right to decline a commission without fundament. 4. I have the right to cancel a commission. The details are on part (3.0)

2.- Payment methods.
1. I only accept Paypal or Cuenta Rut (Only in Chile). 2. I will not start working if i dont recieve the payment. 3.There'stwoways to pay, Send everything at once or pay the half of it at the start and theres then the commission is done.

3.- Refunds
1. You'll recieve a complete refund if; -I Cancel the commission for personal reasons -If you cancel it before i start working. If i've completed the sketch, you'll recieve the 60% of the commission. If i'm painting it or if i'm almost done with the commission, you'll not recieve a refund. 2. Cancellation of the slot. -If your commission has been confirmed and I've not recieved the payment in 3 days, a reminder will be sent. If 3 days has passed since the reminder, your commission will be canceled and you're going to be added to the black list. -I'm a comprehensive person. Talk to me if you can't pay. I'll understand.

4.-Work method & Reviews
1. I'll try to finish the commissions in the same order they were requested. Anyway i could still change the order for creative purposes, in case that if a smaller commmission can be done in less time. 2. When i open the commission slots, you can reserve one by commenting on the journal, after you've paid and gave me the details of the commission you'll be added to a liston my profile, then i'll proceed to make a sketch of the pose and send it to you. When you are satisfied with the sketch i'llstart colouring it. 3.I don't have any problems if you request me a WIP (Work in progress) any time, usually i send a few while i work to see if some details should be fixed.

5.- Image Copyright.
1. By default, i keep all the rights of printing and sale. 2. My customers can buy all the rights of the commission by paying the 200% of it. To use the image as advertising i'll consult it with my customer, and i won't have any rights to print or sell theimage. 3. My customers have the right to repost the commission on their social networks. Don't edit my work after it's complete without asking first. 4. I have the right to don't post the draw on my page. Respect that please.

6.- Extra payments.
1. You have the right to request any changes on the sketch. 2. After the work it's done any change will add a sum of+10$. 3. if you want any of my personal characters, that will add a sum of 10$.
7.- Commission time & Time limit
1. To finish the commission, it can take range of 1-30 days 2. If Asked for a commission to be done within a time limit, that will have an extra cost. 3. I have the right to priotize the commissions that possess a time limit.

8.- What i wont draw.
-Dont ask me to do draws with the style of another person, if you want that style, commission him. -Gore (Amputación, blood, organs, etc.) -Vore -Macro/Micro -Water sports -Inflation.
