The artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Upon contacting the artist, the artist will provide a quote and negotiate the details and pricing of the product.
All transactions require a down payment equivalent to approximately a quarter of the final price.

The artist will periodically update the consumer with sketches and "Works in Progress" of the product, during which the consumer may ask the artist to edit certain details.

Once the WIP's have been approved, the consumer will be asked to put down a payment proportional to the amount of work the artist has completed.
Once WIP's have been approved, the consumer can no longer demand changes on behalf of the artist.

In the event that the artist finds the consumer to be either unreasonable or unresponsive, she reserves the right to terminate the project without compensation.

Upon completing the desired product, the consumer will be given a high quality export of their product.

The consumer is free to utilize and alter the product as they wish, with the exception that the product is not mass produced and resold without the artist's consent. (This clause does not apply to logos or advertisements)

The artist reserves the rights to keep the commissioned product for portfolio purposes.
