The Terms of Service are subject to revision and change without notice.
By commissioning me or purchasing one of my works, you (the commissioner, client, adopter) agree to the following terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to all the information provided here, you will be denied service.

COPYRIGHT

I, the artist, retain ALL rights to the piece. By commissioning me, the customer releases ALL and ANY rights to the image(s) I create. (Even when characters contained within the work do not belong to me.)
Please do not edit the work unless given prior permission.

No resale of art unless given prior permission.

Never remove our signature(s) from any piece.

Please always give credit to me, and to link back to my FA page/email.

Unless otherwise stated, all art will be released into my FA and other galleries. If you have an issue with this, please let me know ahead of time.
I can gladly delay a piece for things such as birthdays or anniversaries.
An additional fee of 50% of the commission's total value will be added to the final cost if you want the image to remain 100% private and not posted in any of my galleries.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are subjective and are usually not negotiable.
I accept Paypal ONLY. ($USD) Please provide a paypal email address and I will send you an invoice.

If payment is not received in 48 hours, your commission will be considered cancelled unless otherwise stated.
Paypal fees will not be added onto the price of the commission but tips are always welcome!

REFERENCES

You must either have an actual reference sheet, or multiple images of characters/concepts you wish to commission. Complex characters or concepts will cost extra. Text descriptions will be accepted but only if accompanied by at least 1 visual reference.

Payment is required in full up front, unless the commission is over $100, in which case half will be taken upfront and the other half upon completion of the finalized sketch. You are also welcome to pay in full upfront.
Any persons who fail to abide by these terms will be put on a blacklist.

MISCELLANEOUS INFO

All artwork done is copyright © to me, the artist.
Artwork is not to be altered or reposted unless I have given direct permission for these actions to occur.
Any and all edited or reposted pieces must be sourced back to me.

Depending on the level of editing requested, fees may occur.
Edits should not drastically change or "re-do" your initial request, this WILL add fees or risk cancellation of your commission.
Should an error on my part occur you will not get a fee for the edit (example: forgetting tattoos, jewelry, or glasses.)
Additional Charges or disapproval may occur in certain circumstances.
There are no discounts given for special occasions. Should anything occur that would disrupt the process of work, you shall be notified.

I do not do traditional artwork at this time, with the exception of convention badge preorders. (Offered only for AC)

If you would like to set a deadline for your commission, please commission at least 30 days before the day/event you wish to receive the commission by
