Payment is due in full before the commission will begin. If the client would like a refund before the artist has begun, money will be refunded 100% in full. If the client would like a refund after work has begun but prior to the completion of the work, they will be refunded prorated basis to ensure the artist is compensated for work they may have put into the piece. If any minor changes are requested to the piece in a timely manner, there will be no fee. If the client requests major changes to the piece after the time of this being easily achieved, a fee may be required. No physical goods will be shipped. If PayPal uses the clients deadname, please rest easy in knowing that it is information that the artist will take to their grave.
