To ensure a smooth workflow, please provide clear and named references. You can either upload the images directly or link them beside each description.

Here’s what I usually ask for:
• Reference Image(s): (direct uploads or links)
• Prompt/Concept: (brief idea of what you want)
• Expression: (smile, serious, etc.)
• Composition: (bust, half-body, full-body, background, etc.)
• Gender:
• Ethnicity:
• Age Group: (child, teen, adult, senior)
• Skin Tone: (please refer to the Monk Skin Tone Scale)

Please keep instructions simple but specific. Vague or last-minute changes can delay the process.

We’ll start by discussing your idea and gathering all the details mentioned above. Once that’s done, I’ll create a rough sketch to show the pose, expression, composition, and design. This helps make sure we’re on the same page before moving forward. (Note: If you’ve booked a finished “Sketch Slot,” this phase is skipped.)

After you approve the sketch, full payment is required before I continue to the cleanup and final rendering stage.

You’ll receive work-in-progress (WIP) updates along the way, where you can suggest minor adjustments. Please note: major changes like redrawing the pose aren’t possible once rendering begins—so be sure to request bigger changes during the sketch phase!

When the artwork is finished, I’ll send it to you for review. Small edits like color tweaks are okay at this point.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your piece and the current queue. I’ll always keep you informed.
