GENERAL
By starting the request, client is assumed to agree with all the commission terms below. I have the right to decline the commission if I find it uncomfortable or unable to draw. ToS is subject to change.

REVISIONS
Revisions within the sketch update are free and unlimited. However, it may extend the work time needed to complete the commission. Major revision after the sketch may come with fee and is limited for up to 2x.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, as an artist, have all the rights to my works. Including the right to publish the commission-labeled-work and use it as portfolio to promote my services. Only by purchasing Commercial Use work, I no longer have the right to publish the work or use it as portfolio. I still reserve the rights to use cancelled commissions and unused works as the asset for my future works. The client is not allowed to modify, alter, or use the commissioned work for AI and NFT/Blockchain-related services.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Any cancellations are unavailable after the work has started. If there is urgent condition, however, client may cancel the request and receive a 75% refund. No client-cancellation refunds available after progressing from the Base Color update. As for the cancellations from the artist, I reserve the right to cancel the commission for personal reasons and grant a 100% refund to the client. Clients also reserve the right to ask refund if it exceeds the Guaranteed Delivery Timeline, which is 7 Days.

Once you have paid after receiving the acceptance proposal, you can start to notify me through DM Twitter @riyutart https://x.com/riyutart or Instagram https://www.instagram.com/riyuutart/ or A&C chats directly. Only then I can inform my current work queue and we can also start discussing your commission request, flows and updates.
