Upon commissioning me, you had fully read and agreed to my terms.

Failure to comply will lead to:
* Cancellation of order
* Blacklisted from any transactions with me
* Blacklisted users will be also prohibited to receive any of my designs even in other transactions such as trades.

Rules & Reminders:
* The commission will only be official once the payment is received.
* I have the right to decline a commission without further inquiries.
* Do not ever claim the artwork as yours nor use it for commercial use.
* You may use it personally. External projects and such are only allowed when it is upon agreement.
* Do not edit or trace the artwork however you are permitted to use it as a reference.
* Do not remove the watermark.
* Repost and distribution is allowed as long as I am properly credited however this can only be done by the commissioners. Commissioned artworks cannot be distributed by outsiders. Please respect the artist and the commissioner.
* Save the files as soon as possible once it is delivered. Chances are if sent through a sta.sh or gdrive link, it'll be deleted after 42 hours or hopefully after a week. (Please notify me ahead of time if you are unable to download it within the given time)
* Certain commissions will require you to be 18 or older.

I will do:
* Humanoids, Kemonomimis, & Gijinkas
* Original or Fanart
* Hetero / BL / GL

I will consider:
* Soft / Pastel Guro / Bruised art etc. (sta.sh/225xruvlbwa8)
* Backgrounds (I'm not quite confident on this area yet but I will do my best!)

I won't do:
* Mecha / Furries / Monsters (I am still not confident I can deliver these three well.)
* NSFW ( Hardcore gore is included in this. )

Commission Order:

• Please use the form(s) provided at the commission journal.
• Image references preferred. Text descriptions have higher chances of getting rejected.
• 'Work of progress' of the commission will be shown to the commissioner.
• Upon reading this, you are aware this order is not in any physical form thus any physical shipping is not required.
• Delivery of the digital good will depend on the commission type. Please be patient, otherwise I'll notify you if it'll get delayed.

You have the right to cancel your order:

• and get a 100% refund if the commission hasn't been started.
• and get a refund depending on the equivalent value of the commission that has already been made.
• but if the commission is nearly done, there will be no refunds.
• Please be aware that communications with me should be done first before refunding your payment. I will cooperate especially if it's an emergency.

Notify me about any corrections. There is no extra charge for this however:

• if it reaches to the conclusion of redoing the whole commission because of your dissatisfaction, I will reject it.
• corrections implies simple minor mistakes such as facial features, skin color, extras and etc.
  (It is advised to ask about the progress in order to avoid this situation ahead of time.)
• Paypal payments must be sent within 42 hours. Please notify me for extensions beforehand. Limit is 1 week.
