I. General Terms

*Reserve the right to deny anyone service without further explanation.
*Accept feral/SFW commissions only.
*Retain the exclusive rights to all of the artwork I produce.
*Maintain the moral rights to place my watermark on any artwork I produce.
*May display my artwork as I see fit for promotional use.
*Reserve the right to produce personal art as I see fit.
*Will complete all commissions within a three-month time period from the payment date.
*Should you require an earlier turnaround, it must be agreed upon prior to payment.
*Will not share any personal information (full name, physical address, PayPal address, etc.) under any circumstances.
*Will only accept PayPal payment through invoice.
As the customer, you...
*May not alter my artwork in any way, shape, or form.
*May not remove my watermark from the artwork.
*Are required to credit me for my artwork/designs wherever they are posted.
*Are not allowed to determine who may or may not display my artwork between co-owners.
*All present owners of a character retain the implied right to display my artwork of said character.
*All previous owners forfeit this implied right upon transfer or loss of ownership of said character.
*May not use my artwork for commercial use unless agreed upon in a formal contract.
*May not resell my artwork for higher than the original price.
*Forfeit all rights to display my artwork if you have blocked me.
*May not request refunds after payment has been received.
Exception: The commission hasn't been started at least 45 days after payment was received.
*May not share my personal information (full name, physical address, PayPal address, etc.) under any circumstances.

II. Commission Terms

As the commissioner, you...
*Understand that you are purchasing artwork that will be delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
*Must provide a visual reference of your character.
*Must pay for your commission upfront or immediately after a sketch has been approved.
*Must respect me as an artist and a full-time graduate student.
*Please have patience with me, as my schedule is sometimes unpredictable.
*May ask for commission updates within a reasonable time frame.
*Asking once every 5-7 days is reasonable.
*Responses will be given within 72 hours.
*May commission up to three pieces of artwork per "slot".

IV. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

It is my personal policy to ensure customer satisfaction whenever I am able to. As such, I guarantee that I:
*Will always provide a sketch of the commission prior to "starting" it.
*Will always work on any given commission until the consumer is satisfied.
*Will always complete commissions within a three-month time frame.
*Refunds and extras are available if this deadline isn't met.
*Can give scheduled updates as requested by the commissioner.

In the event that the commissioner has a separate terms of service:
*It is not my responsibility to locate commissioner terms of services upon accepting a commission.
Unless shown to me prior to payment, my terms have ultimate jurisdiction over my service.
