• All commissioned Illustration belongs to Qchinq as long as the commissioner doesn't pay for the copyright cost. however I don't sell the copyright either.

• I will accept commissions based on wheter I can pull it off the best in my style

• I reserve the right to refuse an order

• Any change on character design agreed upon will be charged depending on the amount of work needed to be redone

• maximum revision is 4 times

• i received payment via paypal/Payoneer (or transaction here)

• The payment is on first

• Refunds are not permitted once payment is received however if I cannot finish the commission - a full refund will be given to the Client.

• Work-In-Progress updates will be given throughout the process and the Client may ask for any updates at any given time.

• The client must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own.

• The client cannot create merchandise from the commissioned work unless do the payment for commercial prices.
