General Terms

The commissioner agrees to offer as much information and time for discussion as necessary when submitting a commission form, including adequate description and/or image references which are accessible and easy to understand.
I as the artist reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason, even without explicitly applying to any expressed rule or condition.

Process

Frequent communication and work in progress sketches will be shared throughout the course of commission work. Up to 3 months should be allowed as time for completion of any commission, unless circumstances make this difficult, including illness, complications in real life, or other issues.
Commissioners have the right to request minimal alterations to the artwork after the commission is completed, including color changes, slight linework adjustment, or simple mistake repair. However, extensive additions or replacement of features, clothing, or any generally lengthy alterations will be refused.

Copyright

The artist reserves the right to use any artwork created for personal portfolio or promotional use.
Commissioners must have the legal right, or relevant permission to request and purchase artwork of any given character(s).
The commissioner is free to use commissioned artwork for personal use, unless agreed upon otherwise, unless the commissioner intends to otherwise alter the artwork and claim it as their own work, promote the artwork without proper credit to the artist, or otherwise infringe upon copyright, including:
Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially in any way
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
Remove any watermark or signature
Create or distribute bases made from the artist's work
Altering or editing the artwork without the artist's consent

• Armor, Clothing, Accessories

Won't Draw:

• NSFW / Fetish art
• Overly Complicated Character Designs (Artist's Discretion)
• Fetishistic Character Designs
• Excessive Violence / Gore
• Filth / Gross Themes
• Hate Art

• Anything at all for Racists, Pedophiles, Zoophiles, or NFT Enthusiasts
