Payment
All prices are in USD and are non-negotiable.
All payment is done through PayPal or Transferwise.
A 50% deposit is required upfront, the outstanding amount will be paid on delivery. Full payment upfront is welcome as well. Files will not be sent to you until full payment has been cleared.
You are locked into a spot on my commissions list once your first payment has gone through (not when you first contacted me).
The Commission Process
The process for commissions is simple. You make a request, I send you an invoice. Once partial or full payment is made I will create a sketch of your design. You can make changes at this point and then I begin the digital process of the commission. I deliver a semi final version for you to review and you make the final change requests. Once you are happy with the product you pay any outstanding fees and I deliver the completed files to you via email.

Rush Orders
Rush orders are only possible by arrangement.
I charge a Rush order fee as moving you to the front of the queue Ithaqua result in my loosing business. The fee is an additional 30% of your total commission price and your rush order must be paid in full upfront.
Revisions
I encourage revisions. This allows you to walk away with exactly what you requested.
However, should you change your mind and request something significantly or completely different that results in a redesign after I've started the digital process I WILL charge you for that design.
What are Pre-made items?
Pre-made items are pieces i my shop that are already designed and ready to upload. These are the same price as any other design in their category but have the bonus of immediate delivery. Pre-made designs are only sold once, so you’re still guaranteed unique designs.

Sets are sold as-is. NO ALTERATIONS. Changes of any kind will be an additional fee.
Each set is sold once. Sold out sets will remain in the store as a kind of portfolio for future customers but will no longer be for sale.
Pre-made designs cannot be returned or refunded.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order and I've already started on it, 50% of the total commission price will be refunded. NOTE This means if you paid half upfront, there will be no refund. If you paid in full upfront, 50% will be refunded.
I have the right to refuse any commission. Commissions I cancel will be given a full refund.
What can you do (and not do) with these files?
High resolution emote and sub badge files can be purchased for $10 each. These can be used for merchandise, stickers, clothing, etc.
No one Ithaqua copy, trace, resell, claim to have created or use my work in an unauthorized way without my permission.
I do not do the following:
Commission depicting excessive violence or gore (this is left to my discretion, if I deem the concept behind the commission is acceptable for the amount of violence depicted then I Ithaqua take the commission).
I will not create an exact copy or trace of any other artist's work.
I do not sell or give out editable files unless there is a pre-arranged agreement and I am properly reimbursed.
