1. I the artist, own all the rights to the art I produce. Including the rights to display the art and to sell it to individuals for personal non commercial use(eg. posters, merchandise etc. Most likely won't happen but in case it would I need to be able to defend myself).

2. I the artist, license to the client the rights to use, reproduce, embed, print and sell the art commercially for the single project the art was produced for. It will not be used in any other project unless agreed upon by the artist. There will be only one commercial license like this at a time and it is transferable to a third party in case the client sells the project the art was produced for. The client is advised of notifying the artist of such changes.

3. For other licensing options(eg. owning the full copyrights) it is possible to renegotiate terms and price.
