Prices for new commissions are discussed between artist and customer, however a price list is available for viewing and will dictate the prices of most commissions. A down payment is given to the artist before commission is started to cover time spent by the artist and in case the commission is cancelled. It is based off initial price of commission. The artist will give/send updates to the customer as the work progresses and will make any changes needed to the piece. Once the commission is finished, the customer will be notified. The commission will be sent only after the artist receives payment. Should the customer wish to cancel the commission before its completetion them may do so, however the down payment is non refundable as it covers the time the artist spent on the commission. However, once payment has been received for the final commission, there is no cancellation or refunds.

Commissions are sent through ArtistsnClients or by email. The preferred method of sending art should be clearly stated by the customer when the commission is first requested. No emails given by a customer will be released to the public and will be used only for communication between the artist and customer and for sending the final piece. However, it is encouraged that the customer use a separate email for the commissions to avoid confusion.

The time used to create each work varies from piece to piece. The artist will give an initial estimation as to how long the piece will most likely take, however should any problems arise that cause the time to be increased, the final price of the commission will be lowered. At any time during the process, the customer may email the artist with any concern they may have or any changes they would like, however once the final payment is made, no changes or refunds will be available.

The artist retains the right to reject any commission requests as hey see fit without explanation. Any continued pestering of the artist by the customer for the same commission owl not be tolerated and will result in consequences.
