• By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them.
• Cash - USD via Paypal.
• I have the right to decline your order if i think it's beyond my ability, or any other reason.
• The progress of the order will be posted to my Instagram account
• I will accept refund ONLY if i have not started working on the sketch, if you are not satisfied with the sketch, you may cancel your commission and get 50% refund.
  once i've started to work on the line/coloring, there will be no refund. in case i find myself unable to keep working on the commission and would like to cancel it, i will refund you.
• Please keep in mind that I need time to work on your commission. Kindly remind me if you want to know the progress of your commission.
• I will start to work when I get full payment. please keep that in mind.
• You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
• You will receive the full resolution picture (by email), but my signature will remain on it.
• Be sure to save the file somewhere on your computer, a USB memory or SD card, i clean my files from time to time.

copyright policy

As the artist I hold every right to the artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example; - Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
- Promote myself with it in any place.

as a commissioner you may : - repost the art in other sites with proper credit to my gallery (any other personal site like tumblr/instegram/DA ext.). Only if you credit me.
- Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
- Use it for any personal use as ling as you're not making any money from it.

you are Not allowed to :
- change, modify, trace or use my works without my premmission
- Reproduce the copyrighted artwork comercially (meaning making money from it in any kind)
- take credit for the art work.
- remove my water mark

payment process

• I will accept USD - paypal only.
• Full payment is required before I start the artwork.
• Paypal fees are included. What you see is what you will have to pay.
• If payment is not received in 48 hours after I've placed the invoice, you will loose your slot.
• Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission
• I will now send you an invoice after I agree to take your commission. Please send payment through that invoice.
