If you have requested an order, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to all listed terms
Please read the entire ToS. Violation or disregard of my terms wiill:
Rescind any art commissioned by me.
Refund payment(s) (if applicable).
Ban you from commissioning me again.
I will only start a commission after payment has been received.
Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund if you request a cancellation if I have not started on your order.
I have the full right to refund you for whatever reason and without explanation.
No refunds after the work is completed.
If you cancel the order, I will refund you accordingly: 100% money back if I haven't started, 70% if lineart has been finished, 50% if flat colours have been set. If you want to, I can also send you the WIP.
If I for any reason can't finish the piece, I'll send the work in progress and refund all your money.
Ordering
I have the right to reject a commission without explanation
After I accept your commission, I will do a sketch and send it to you. (If you want to cancel the commission, you can do in this stage.)
After the sketch is accepted ill send you the invoice(if you pay by paypal) for the full payment.
I will only start working after I've received a confirmed payment.
Fill up the following information:

Type of commission: (Portrait/Full body/Half body/etc)

Reference: (Illustrated & colored)
No BG means it will be replaced with a plain coloured BG
If you want it transparent, please let me know in advance
Leaving this blank means you're okay with me drawing them however I feel suitable for the character
Please, try to specify all the information. The rest I'll leave to my discretion.
Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece.
Every reference or description you can show me is good help for me, in special if they are pictures. But remember, English is not my native language so keep the notes short and simple PLEASE.
Please do not ask me to keep adding more and more details/accessories especially if they were not mentioned in your form, because editing takes time and requires additional work, i will be charging for every edit, SO PLEASE MAKE YOUR REQUEST AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE.
ADDITIONAL
If you want more than 1 character in the same picture, it costs more for each character depending on what kind of picture you ordered. The price for the new character will be 50% of the price you paid for the commission, ie if your commission costs $40, then the extra character will cost $20. The extra character will automatically be drawn in the same style as the first character.

Delivery time
From 2-4 days to 3 weeks (depending on the availability of the queue and your place in it). About all unscheduled situations, I warn you in advance.
Work In Progress (WIP)
I will send you updates as I work on your commission to make sure it's exactly what you want.
I prefer good communication so the commission turns out the way you want it to.
For normal commissions, I will always provide a WIP of the sketch that I initially make and send it through a note; this to check if there are no mistakes.
If you want more WIPs, you will have to ask for them yourself in a note in advance.
The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms
