The commissioner is allowed to use the artwork in any non-commercial way they want. This includes:
- Posting it somewhere else as long as it's non-commercial.
- Use as signature/avatar/etc of your personal, non profit accounts.
- Print it in any kind of merchandising for your personal use only.
It is completely forbidden to use my art in:
Use in any NFT, cryptocurrency, or AI training, or any future technology without my prior permission
Commercial use is when the image is used directly or indirectly in a lucrative way, and is not allowed for personal commissions. If you're not sure if something falls under personal or commercial usage, feel free to ask me.
I have the right to post the finished artwork in my gallery, facebook, twitter, and any other websites, as well as use it to promote my commissions or myself.
If you don't want your commission to be posted, I'll charge a privacy fee (20% of base price).
