By requesting a commission to me, you are agreeing the to the terms below.
General: Be polite. Provide me good and clear references so no misunderstandings occur. If you're being insufferable and an overall pain I can cancel the commission.
Payment Method: I use PayPal as a means to pay me.
Process: Everyone has lives. School, work, family/personal issues, complexity of the commission, etc, can affect the time it takes for me to produce the image. We may setup a way of communication if any of the listed instances occur. Depending on the content of the image; commissions can take up to a month.
Customer Satisfaction: I'll do my best to satisfy you with my work. If you happen to request a change such as the addition or removal of clothing, changes of color, facial expressions, background design or anything requiring me to redraw anything, I'll gladly do so with extra charge depending on the change. (for example a change of facial expression will cost less than a change of clothing). If your references were sub-par or unclear, any change will come with a fee.
Copyright and Usage: I have to right to use the art I made for promotion and to display anywhere I want, unless asked not to such as OC characters you wish for me to not post on my social media accounts. The commissioner is obligated to use the art for personal use, claim the right to their OC they requested me to draw but not the drawing itself ESPECIALLY not to resell. You may also promote yourself with the art as long as you give proper credit to me, the artist.
Cancelling and Refunding: I can cancel and refund the money to you if I please. You cannot demand a refund if the commission is complete and payment to me is received. You may cancel if money has not been sent.
