If the drawing, icon, profile picture, etc... doesn't get to the level of expectation of the customer, is low quality, or the file configuration is not the one requested (unless it's not), the money shall be given back, unless the customer after the drawing is given and 24 or 48 hours, then it cannot be refunded.
