GENERAL

By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.

I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

I do NOT authorize usage of any of my pieces as NFT. Furthermore, I do NOT authorize usage of any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or be used in an AI generator in any way.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated. Please be clear and respectful!

Price can/will vary depending on the complexity of the character design, background or other elements as I deem fit.

PAYMENTS

Payment can be done as:

◇ 100% paid for before I begin the illustration, OR

◇ 50% paid for before I begin, 50% upon completion and before the illustration is sent.

I will only start on the illustration after receiving either the full or partial payment (as agreed upon).

If you have a deadline be realistic with the date. I will not be able to provide you with a fully rendered illustration by the end of week much less end of day.

REVISIONS

Revisions will be offered at every step of the way (sketch, line art, coloring, etc.) however after a stage is cleared no more revisions can be made to it (if I forgot a small accessory however that'd be an exception not the rule).

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

(These are approximations and are subject to change!)

Sketch..............24-72 hours

Lineart................24-72 hours

B&W/Flat Color..............Up to 1 week

Full Render.................Up to 2 weeks

Addons/Extras.......Can add up to 2 weeks on top of aforementioned delivery times.

Time of delivery depends on:

◇ quantity of commissions ahead of yours, and the timely response of those ahead (if any)

◇ timeliness of your own response in approving different stages of the commission

◇ complexity of the commission, my health, work, or unforeseen life circumstances.

◇ payment, payment amount, etc. I will not finish your piece until I've been paid in full. If you've only paid 50% after a month and I've started, I will not complete the drawing until the other 50% is received unless we've discussed otherwise.

USE

Personal use rights are free and the default for all commissions.

Commercial/Merchandising use rights are determined on a case by case basis but you may reasonably expect a 10% royalties agreement on top of an initial 10% charge.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The customer reserves the right to:

◇ Claim the rights to the character(s) but not the illustration. In the case of fan art the customer cannot claim either.

◇ Sharing/Reposting the illustration where they see fit with proper credit.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

◇ Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.

◇ Claiming the illustration as your own.

◇ Changing the illustration in any way without my consent.

◇ Directly tracing the illustration and then sharing online without proper credit. Tracing is a good learning tool but state your references.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not offered if I've already started working on your illustration. (partial refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis)

If I, for whatever reason, am not able to finish your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you do not pay your invoice by the agreed upon date, your slot will be forfeited. If you pay half upfront but do not pay the other half by the agreed on date, you forfeit your commission and will not receive a refund of the previously paid half.

COMMUNICATION

I will communicate with you every step of the way to gain approval before carrying on to the next stage. I will contact you based on your preferred contact method (so make sure to provide that) as depending on the day and/or your deadlines I may contact you multiple times throughout the day.
