1.) I reserve the right to deny any service if it is outside of my terms and conditions.

2.) It is the duty of the client to provide/email any visuals, descriptions and references to the artist, otherwise they will receive a generic drawing. (ie: basic posing, etc.)

3.) I am a full time working person! I will attempt to get your piece done in a timely manner (About 3-4 days) However, it is my right to extend the time if absolutely necessary. As the artist, I will contact you if that happens.

4.) I will not tolerate rude or uncommunicative commissioners. Do not forget your manners, or I will cancel the order!

5.) 14) I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal.

6.) The client may not alter the image in any way without my explicit permission. (We will discuss this before the transaction is over.)

7.) The Client may not profit from the artwork

8.) 15) The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork.
