► When it is your turn, I will send you a Paypal invoice as well as an email from MrWolfHare@gmail.com, informing you that I'll be starting your commission, as well as questions if I have any concerning your commission.

► I'll do a sketch, and you can make as many changes as you want with the sketch idea (warning though, this will only be sketch ideas for the final image, so please don't commission me just to get free sketches, they're not that great, they're only basic ideas).

► After the sketch, I will be needing a 50% deposit. Only after the deposit is done will I start with the final digital image.

► As I progress with the image, I will send through Work in Progress files just for confirmation that I am heading into the right direction, I will make small changes after each WiP if you want me to, but only small changes. If you wanted large changes, then that's what the sketches were for.

► When I am done with the final image, I shall send a scaled down watermarked JPG to you. After the final amount is paid, I'll send you a PNG of the full sized final image; as well as a signed photo of myself for you to remember our time together.

► Images will be either portrait or landscape, sized 2550x4200 (basic US Legal paper size canvas on Photoshop).

Rules:

☻ I draw any type of species, in any type of situation, safe or NSFW, UNLESS I feel uncomfortable with it. This means I won't do things like Hyper, Scat (poop for those who don't know), Hate imagery, etc. I will tell you whether I'm okay or not okay with your commission idea.

☻ Taking a note from a very talented friend's page, I'm also adding copyright characters as a no on commissioning, seeing that it's illegal to make money off of someone else's character, even if it's just fanart. (This does not stop me from drawing fanart for free of for trade when I get the time) Your personal RPG characters from games are fine, for example WoW, Wildstar, ESO, etc.

☻ Cancelling a commission before sketching starts means you drop from the list position. Cancelling during the sketching is also fine, but I would appreciate a 10% tip for the trouble. However cancelling during the final digital painting stage means you will be losing the 50% deposit. ( ← that's why I ask for the deposit, to save myself from wasting time on something)

☻ If something happens on my side and it is impossible for me to continue and finish your image, you will be fully refunded.

☻ I retain the Copyright of the image for my own use, for example in portfolios, art books / CD's / DVD's etc.

☻ I have a day job that pays most of my bills. This means I will take longer than usual to finish an image. My day job unfortunately is my priority, something I'm hoping to change in the future.
