I. GENERAL TERMS.
Please express your wishes clearly.
Provide references if possible.
Avoid big walls of text.
Payment is exclusively handled over artistsnclients.com
I will not accept any payments outside this site and I will only be paid in currency - I will not accept items of equal value as a substitute for money.
Any ill or disrespecting behavior is unacceptable and your commission will be canceled if this occurs.
I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time for any reason, unless money has already been exchanged through artistsnclients.
If any of the above terms are violated, I have the right to decline or cancel your commission.
II. PROCESS
WIPs (Work in Progress) will only be provided with watermarks.
All WIPs are the artist's property and removal of the watermarks is forbidden.
The watermarks for the WIP artworks are provided by artistsnclients.com and will have their watermarks automatically removed by the site when the order is completed.
I will provide WIPs whenever I feel a major stage of the drawing process has passed. You may also ask for WIPs at any time, however if I feel you are asking too often I will refuse to provide them, since the progress will be minimal and the effort of exporting and uploading will slow down my workflow.
The total time necessary to complete your order may vary based on complexity of the artwork, time I have available, urgency of the offer (please specify) and other personal reasons.
I reserve the right to go over any estimates I may or may not have given concerning the time until completion for any reasons.
However, if I can't finish your artwork in the estimated time frame, I will notify you ASAP.
III. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Through the commission process, I will try to finish the artwork to your satisfaction. I will also offer to correct any MINOR mistakes after the order has been completed.
Any big changes will require a new commission to be opened or additional fees to be paid. Examples of bigger changes: Redrawing parts of the artwork, Recoloring larger parts of the artwork, changing a characters outfit, changing a characters pose, changing a characters look, changing objects or anything that requires me to redraw more than 25% of the image.
If you fail to point out any big mistakes or misunderstandings early in the drawing stage (sketch or early linework stage) I may refuse to change the image drastically since it would require me to redo large parts of my work. Please make sure your instructions are clear or to ask for WIPs frequently to avoid this problem.
