This are my terms and conditions:

I, the artist:

1. Will retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the rights to distribution.
2. Will have the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal.
3. Will not accept comissions that includes sexually explicit material, big amounts of violence, racist or hateful themes or anythig the artist consider dangerously dispectful
4. May ask you as many cuestions as are needed in order to creat a better artwork for you.
5. May finish the comission on the time.
6. Have the right to cancel any comission if the client acts rude, inapropiate or gets absent (poor comunication).
7. Will start the job until the payment is done.

8. Will always do the best :)

   You, as the client:

9. May not re-distribute, reproduce, or sell the artist’s work or profit from the digital artwork.

10. Can exhibit the comissioned work online or offline as long as the credit is given. (It's not necessary, but if you can inform me about it I will always appreciated it!)
11. Will have the right to give as much information (to the artist) for the comission as you want.

If any extraordinary and unfortunate thing happens that keeps me from finishing your comission (0.001% probabilities to happend) I will always inform you and talk to you in order to accorde if you want to keep going or if you want your money back
