Terms of Service

• Payment fee via PIX or PayPal only;

• Respect will prevail between the parties during all interactions. DISRESPECT, homophobia, xenophobia, misogyny, transphobia and ANY OTHER KIND OF PREjudice will NOT be tolerated;

• PARTIAL payment (50%) will be required BEFORE I start the commission;

• The final artwork will be DELIVERED upon FULL payment of the commission;

• Visual reference is required. The client must have a clear vision of the artwork
  from the outset and provide as many reference photos/images as possible;

• Revisions will be charged extra, in proportion to the complexity of the changes requested;

• The artwork will be completed within 1 or 2 weeks, or longer depending, again, on the complexity of the subject requested and/or the number of requests in the queue. In the event of further delays, the client will be informed;

• I have the right to deny or cancel any request. The customer will be fully refunded in the latter case;

• I reserve ALL RIGHTS to the final artwork:

• You are NOT allowed to sell the commission or profit from it, as it is intended for NON-COMMERCIAL USES ONLY;

• If you intend to use it commercially, an extra fee will be added to the final price. Remember that you are free to use the illustration as you wish, but I MAINTAIN ALL RIGHTS.
