You are buying my service only, I still hold full copyright over the finished image, and can use it in my portfolio, posted on my art blogs and in my digital or printed art books.

I have full rights to post it publicly, unless you’ve told me beforehand.

If at any point in the commission process I am feeling uncomfortable I am fully able to decline the commission.

The work will be completed when the time is available to me, however if a deadline is agreed upon then the work will be finished before that deadline.

My work is not to be edited, copied, traced, redistributed, in any way.

Commissioner -

As the commissioner you have full rights to use the image for any personal matters, commercial use is only if you have directly paid for that kind of service.

Do not claim the work to be your own, and it is not to be used for any commercial projects unless specifically ordered for that purpose, if you have purchased a piece of art for a different reason and used it for commercial use, you will be required to pay a royalty fee.

Credit for the work must be given when it is posted on your blogs or wherever you post the image you have brought from me.
