General

1.) When making a request for a commission, you acknowledge that you have read my terms and have agreed to them.
2.) When requesting a commission from me, you must to request my permission to modify the work in question.
4.) My terms are subject to change as I see fit.

Commissions

1.) I reserve the right to accept and/or decline any commission for any reason. Commissioners will be notified if there is a cancellation.

2.) If a commission is cancelled, the commissioner (You) will be entitled to a full refund of the agreed upon payment.

3.) Commissions must follow the ToS of the website if they are requests for that website (i.e. GaiaONLINE).

4.) All works-in-progress shall be watermarked until payment received.

5.) I reserve the right to use commissions as examples.

6.) Depending upon how much detail there is in a commission, the price may reflect accordingly.

7.) A commission's price may also change depending upon how many characters.

8.) When making your request for commission, please be as detailed as possible so as to be completely clear. I will allow 3 edits for free; after, I will begin to charge.
