When you contact me, please do the following:
1. Write me a clearer idea of what you have in mind. For example: pose, expressions, what you don’t want, what is a must, etc. Please be free to send me references. REMEMBER! This is for you, and we want you to be satisfied with our work.
2. I’ll work on a rough sketch to review the pose, expression, design and overall the feeling of the drawing.
3. After reviewing and finding out everything is settled, I’ll approve it. NOTICE! You will pay after I approve it.
4. I’ll sent you works in progress (WIP) for you to point any error. This can be done or not done, this depends on you. However, I recommend it is done.
5. When the product is finished, I’d sent it to you and wait for the final feedback. REMEMBER! little changes can be done in this part, like the lighting. Extreme changes are to be done in the parts BEFORE.

Little things to take into account:

Please remember to be cordial. It is your responsibility to tell me everything I need to know in order to complete your commission upon your commissioning me.
I will of course ask questions if I feel I need more information, but know that this is your responsibility to inform me accordingly.
Your satisfaction is my final motivation.

PAYMENT

100% of the final price (discussed on the negotiation) must be paid on the approval of the job before any work on my part is done.
