– By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms. –

• The commissioned artwork cannot be used commercially, claimed as your own, or altered in any way.

  • Full payment is taken in advance.

• No refunds or cancellations, with the exception of when the commission has not been paid for yet.

  • Please provide me with clear, neat references of your character and note of any important details that need to be included.

• If your reference is a screenshot of a video game character, please provide a reference that is done in a well lit environment, preferably from multiple angles,
  where I can clearly see details and colours. If you want weapons to be included, you must also provide clear reference images for them.

  Revisions and edits:

  • Before commissioning me, please have an idea of how you want your character to be drawn and provide me with any information that
    would help me portray your character accurately. (e.g., what pose? what expression? what type of background? personality? mood? etc.)

  • Any major changes or revisions must be made at the sketching stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape,
    or redrawing parts of the image.

  • If you state that the pose is up to me, you are not allowed to suddenly change your mind after the sketch is already done
    and ask for an entirely different thing that requires redrawing the whole picture.

    • After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.

    • If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references,
      I will make these edits at no additional cost.

  Commissioner is allowed to re-upload the image ONLY IF credits are given to me in the form of a link back to my website/social media.
