NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PAYING THIS INVOICE, YOU REPRESENT AND AGREE THAT:

1.YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE OF HANDLING ONLINE PURCHASES USING A VERIFIED ACCOUNT.

2.WILL COMPLY WITH, AND BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS OF SERVICE”).

3.CHARGEBACKS AND NON-CONSENSUAL REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED

By commissioning me, you hereby read and agree to KYERYU’s T.O.S.

Section 1 - Service
1.One slot per person at a time.

2.I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE under any circumstance. Harassment, threats, “stalk”, disparage, ridicule, scorn will result in being blacklisted PERMANENTLY.

3.I WILL NOT DRAW racist, offensive and/or controversial artwork, graphic fetishes and/or pornographic material. This also include “mecha”, furries and/or heavy armor.

4.I WILL DRAW your OCs, kemonomimis, and/or fan art.

Section 2- Usage
1.Do not claim or distribute my artwork(s). You may, however, edit them UNDER MY APPROVAL.

2.DO NOT REMOVE SIGNATURE (“@kyeryu0” and “ KYE龍” ) unless under the circumstance that you received a written permission from my email to do so.

3.All commissioned artwork will be uploaded publicly (Facebook, Twitter, Deviantart, YouTube, Pixiv, etc) with credit to the owner of the character, unless told not to do so.

4.You may re-upload my artwork as long as you credit me under the name “KyeRyu” or “KYE龍” with a link to any of the following websites above this document.

5.PLEASE SAVE THE ARTWORK. I will not be held responsible for lost or replaced artwork in my gallery.

Section 3 - Payment
1.If you would like your artwork to be done in less than one week (two days at the least) then you must pay an extra $10 to complete the artwork UNDER MY APPROVAL. This will put you as a top priority.

Section 4 - Artwork Process
1.You will only get TWO FREE MAJOR REVISIONS for the sketch stage (ex: changing poses, character, gender) and once during the coloring stage. Minor revisions such as changing hair style, expressions and accessories are unlimited under reasonable circumstances. Additional revisions will be charged according to the amount of change that is required for your satisfaction. If you need me to make any changes after the final artwork is done such as color or size feel free to ask and I will change it.

1.All artwork is done in A4 size (9921 x 14031 px) and saved in PNG format. They are cropped to reduce negative space. However, if you plan to print the artwork and would like it to be done on a larger canvas please specify before payment.

If you do not agree to these Terms, THEN you are not allowed to commission me.

T.O.S is subject to change without notice. Some exceptions may apply.
