Additional Info and Rules
All payments must be made before I begin working on your commission.
Backgrounds will cost extra depending on the complexity
If you would like a refund and I haven't started the commission yet, I will provide a full refund. However, if I've already begun working, only a partial refund will be given.
References are an absolute must. Written references are fine as long as they are not too vague.
If you're not good at describing how a character looks, that's fine! Picture references are more than okay as Google is a wondrous place with tons of inspiration and references.
Extra fun facts about the character you want me to draw is helpful as well to ensure their personality is portrayed in the picture!
Communication is key! If you want the picture done by a certain point, please please please let me know! If you want updates on the picture, it's okay to ask!
Also, due to work and personal life, certain things might get in the way and mess with the time-frame of when the commission will be done. Do not worry, though, if anything ever comes up that would impede the time-frame of your commission you will be immediately notified.
The Process
Once everything is said and done, I'll get started on one or more sketches for the base idea of what you'd like and then send them your way. Once you give me the thumbs up or inform me of what changes you'd like, I'll get started on the cleaning process.
During this time I can send you updates if you so wish (just ask!), and if there's anything you want changed all you gotta do is let me know! However, if I'm already nearly done with the commission, it will be too late to ask for any drastic changes (such as a pose change or the like), so I ask for your understanding.
Once the commission is done I might use it as an example of my works here in A&C. If you're not okay with this, please let me know.
