By requesting a commission you are immediately accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Remember to take a look each time you ask for a commission, these may be subject to change without notice.
I reserve the right to cancel the commission if the client in any way violates any of the points set out in this section.
 

✦ General information ✦

-Remember that you are buying only the illustration in digital, not printed.
-If you want a printed version of your commission (Stickers, Posters or Merchandise) please contact me.
-I only show previous sketches if it is a very elaborate commission (especially if it takes perspective and funds). Do not insist.
- Make sure to save your digital file, I am not responsible for the loss of the same nor am I obliged to replace it if you lose it. Sometimes I delete information from my computer.
-Remember that artists are always in constant evolution, so it is possible that the final result is slightly different (Lineart, colored, shaded) to my previous works. Although that does not mean that it will be something completely different.
-Please, do not ask me to draw a different style than I have. If you have decided to commission me, it is because you like my job.
-I reserve the right to cancel your order if I do not see myself with the ability to elaborate it (setbacks, difficulty of preparation) or if conflicts are created with the client that merit it.
-I will always give my all to do an excellent job, but remember to be clear with what you want at the time of placing your order, know what my style is. Visit my gallery and what I do and do not do.
-By requesting an order you are automatically accepting my Terms and Conditions and committing to comply with them. As well as promising that you will not ask Paypal for any refund of the payment.

✦ Copyright and Permits ✦

As the artist I have all the rights to the illustration done so I can make use of it as I want:
-Upload it on my social networks and pages to promote me (Always giving you credit for owning the characters).
-Use it as an example in my gallery and on any page.
-Offer digital files on Patreon / Gumroad or similar platforms.
-Publish books with her.

As a customer you can:
- Re-upload the image to other networks (non-profit) and always giving me credit as the artist (can be my name, a link to my gallery, profile ...). I will appreciate that you only re-upload the small version in low quality that I will give you.
-Print the image to make any type of merchandising (cups, covers for the phone), as long as it is for your personal use and never to sell.
-Use it as a decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype ... as long as it is a personal page and without any profit motive.
          
You are not authorized to:
-Change, modify, trace, or use my work under any circumstances without my prior permission.
-Play the illustration commercially (see making money through it).
-Claim the drawing as your own or say that you have done it.

-Delete my watermark or signature.
