For you as the commissioner:
1. Please have your references and detailed description of your ideas ready for me.
2. Payment must be made once the sketch I made has been approved.
3. You may upload work done for you anywhere with due credit to me.
4. You may edit my work without permission for any non-commercial purposes.
5. You may not reproduce the image on merchandise or make prints of my work for the purpose of selling it.

For me as the artist:
1. I retain the right to display any commissioned artwork online as advertisement, but you will be credited as the commissioner.
2. I retain the right to distribute, reproduce and copy as I see fit for self promotion.
3. I reserve the right to change my prices and charge extra for complicated characters and backgrounds. What I consider "complicated" is at my discretion.

COMMISSION:
Estimation work time is varied, depending on the difficulty. For commission with background may require more time to finish.
As I work through the commish, you can request me progress shots. Revision is maximum 2 times at sketch phase. I only accept minor revision on the finished phase.
