KIWI-DOODLES TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMMISSIONS

-The commission request form does not guarantee a commission slot. Not all commission requests will be accepted.

-Payment is due -in full- before any work begins on a commission. Payment is accepted in the following ways: Paypal, Deviantart Points when applicable.

-I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any or no reason.

-Both client and I may cancel a commission at any time. In such a situation, a partial refund will be granted based on the amount of work completed. The amount of the refund is subject to my discretion.

-Client is expected to keep open communications with me in order for me to complete work in a timely, and organized manner. Communication can be decided between myself and the client, but my preference is through email.

-Client will receive a sketch proof, at which time one major revision, or two small revisions, may be requested. Major revisions must be requested at this stage to take effect. Further revisions will incur additional fees subject to my discretion.

-My signature is never to be removed from the work.

-My work is never to be used commercially, resold, traced, modified, etc.
