I reserve the right to decline commissions for whatever reason, and the right to adjust prices based on the details of the request.

Once I begin sketching, all sales are final.
I cannot offer refunds if you change your mind after I start your request. Nor can I offer refunds if you're not happy with the final product, however I will, of course, attempt to fix it if it can be fixed.

As the original creator of any commissioned artwork, I reserve the right to distribute, post, alter, and display any artwork I create as examples of my work, unless otherwise agreed & signed under contract. I will never claim commissioned characters as my own, and I will not resell any commissioned artwork for profit.

Clients do not have the right to redistribute (sell) my artwork for profit without explicit written permission. If you intend to use my art to make money, or for advertisement purposes, you must inform me first so the price can be adjusted to include that part of the copyright.

Clients DO have permission to display/post, and crop their commissioned artwork for their personal use and enjoyment. I only request that (if possible) clients link back to my website [KiiroArts.com] for credit.

DO NOT deliberately remove my signature from a work at any time.
