These are my terms of service as an artist offering commissions:

1. I reserve the rights to post the final commission illustration to my social media accounts and use them for my personal use (i.e. for examples as commissions, as banners or as icons), though I will link your account as the owner of that commission.

2. Commissions are under no circumstances refundable.

3. The sketch can be reviewed and modified up to three times. Therefore the work in progress can be requested at any time.

4. The client is able to repost the commissioned artwork on any social media, as long as proper credit by linking my social media accounts will be provided.

5. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue the commission, if...

    ...the client does not respect the Terms of Service or the General Terms,
   
   
    ...the client is disrespectful
   
   
    ...if the full payment has not been done on time.
