Terms of Service

1. Copyright

The artist must retain all rights to the final image. If the client wishes to obtain exclusive image rights, an additional fee will be charged.

2. Change Orders

The client is admitted 3 small edits to the final image for free. Large changes, or more than 3 small edits will result in a 'change order fee' which will be determined based on the amount of work required to fulfill this request.

3. Etiquette

This entire process works best when both client and contractor enjoy working together. Maintaining a friendly, professional atmosphere of communication will ensure a greater priority in both turnaround time and quality. Constructive criticism is allowed and welcomed. However, bullying, hate speech, or blatant insults will result in your order not being completed. The artist will retain the right to determine whether or not to issue a full or partial refund.
