1.- GENERAL TERMS
- Write in nice manners.
- Provide neat references and be as clear as you can be (i won't be responsible of missing something in the final product that wasn't cleared in the references).
2.- PAYMENT
- All comissions must be paid upfront
- The currency accepted is USD (via paypal) if the client is from mexico then i'll be prefering a bank transfer.
3.- PROCESS
- The client may choose whether they want to see the process of their commission or just the final product (no extra fee for this step)
- ONLY 3 MINOR CHANGES IN THE SKETCH ALLOWED (expressions, small changes in the pose, or base colors) IF YOU EXCEED THE 3 CHANGES OR WANNA CHANGE ALL THE IDEA I WILL CHARGE EXTRA.
- The time for you commission to be completed is 2 weeks, depending on factors like: Health, order of commission, complexity, school or familiar issues (in case one of them occurs, the client will be notified ASAP)
- Once the drawing is done, i'll not acept big changes (i can only change background color or pattern)
4.- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Be clear in what you aim for in the commission with clear references, i will not be accepting changes that are not cleared in the references in the first place.
5.- USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right of the produced drawing, not the commissioner, meaning that i'm allowed to use the artwork for;
Promote myself in any place or site.
To display it as examples.
Post it anywhere i want.
The commisioner is allowed to;
Use the artwork for personal use, unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art and claim the character, but not the drawing.
Use the art to promote themselves, but giving credits to the artist. (such as emotes for twitch, or banners for their channels)
THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRIGMENT:
- Reproducing the commissioned artwork commercialy (making any money from it)
-Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Altering the artwork without, my, the artist, consent.
A PURCHASE OF COMMERCIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK WILL ALWAYS BE 300% OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE.
With commercial rights you are allowed to do any sort of merch with the artwork, such as books, prints for events, change it at your liking, make your own brand with it.
(Credits are still required for the use of the artwork. even if altered or edited).
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE
6.- CANCELING/REFUNDING
- The artist has the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time
- You have no right to demand a refund once the payment is done.
