NOTE: All clients must be at least +18 even if request is SFW.

Payments:
- Upfront (half-half or full depending on the client)
- Payment in USD ONLY.
- PayPal Only. Wait until I send you the invoice.

Before requesting/during request phase:
1) Commissioning art from me doesn’t give the client soles right to the commission (meaning I can use it for my portfolio. If I wish to used on advertisement I will previously ask for permission and tag/write to who the piece belongs to)
2) I won’t start commission without at least half of the payment or just the ‘sketch’ amount.
3) I reserve the right to decline the commission at any time, for any reason without disclosure said reasons.
4) I can refuse any subject matter that is not included in the ‘Don’t Draw’ section if it makes me uncomfortable or it’s unacceptable on my social standpoints.

About to start the commission:
1) I will send you a message and an invoice you when i’m ready to work on yours right ahead. (if I sent an email with a pose, and haven't sent the invoice means I am probably busy wrapping up others commissions but I am signaling yours in the queue and next)
2) Completion time takes up to 1 week to a month depending on the queue list, my own time and how fast client reply back during approvals.
3) I will inform if any problem happens that unable me to work on your commission. You can always send questions to my inbox at anytime. (sometimes message can get lost, so hitting me a hey once in a while can ping it back to the top)
4) Pay attention to your mailbox if we are contacted through email. I will contact you with WIPs to the informed email, and a delay to reply will delay the whole process.

DURING COMMISSION:
Alterations:
- I reserve the right to refuse certain alterations that can compromise the sketch or my style.
- I allow 1 major change (pose) and 4 minor changes (expression, hair, etc) for free during sketch phase.
NOTE: Afterwards all changes requested to the lineart will be charged a fee of 5$ depending on the complexity.

Approvals:
- I send messages for ‘approvals’ during the phases: rough sketch, sketch, final sketch, flat color, and final colors.
- During sketch phases as mentioned above you can adjust ask for alterations, after final sketch is ‘agreed’ I can’t change or an extra fee might be added.
(I might skip showing flat colors if client provided already enough colored references of the characters. Still sometimes I like to double check with client before proceeding)

Refunds:
-If client backs out and I’ve begun the sketch, I will refund the rest minus the amount for the sketch part.
-Partial Refunds can be given, discussing accordingly through both parties.

Reposting:

• You are allowed to repost the commissioned work to personal galleries (furaffinity, deviantart, tumblr, twitter, instagram, etc.) with the appropriate credit and a link to me.
• DO NOT remove my signature.
• DO NOT claim it is yours/you did it.

Recolor/Color:
- You are NOT allowed to color in sketches/lines even if it is a commission.
(I offer discount/knock off the sketch price in the future if you’d wish for that piece to be properly colored.)

REMEMBER:
It’s a service, not a physical good and won't be delivered physically.
Cannot be used for profit unless agreed otherwise with lawyer and official documents made.
