Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

1. General
   • I retain the right to decline any commission for any reason.
   • All communication and commission details will be handled through the platform.
   • Prices may vary based on complexity or design changes.

2. Payment
   • Full payment is required upfront through the platform.
   • Refunds will not be issued after the lineart or colouring phase has begun.

3. Process & Turnaround
   • Turnaround time is typically 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity, queue, and responsiveness.
   • You’ll receive updates at key stages (e.g. sketch, lines, colour).
   • Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Additional changes after approval may incur extra charges.

4. Usage & Rights
   • I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it publicly and use it in my portfolio or promotional content.
   • You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. profile pictures, personal prints).
   • You may not:
   • Claim the artwork as your own
   • Remove my signature/watermark
   • Use the artwork commercially without prior agreement

5. Content Guidelines
   • A list of what I will and won’t draw is included on my commission page. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask.

6. Edits, Cancellations & Refunds
   • Major revisions after the final piece is delivered are not allowed.
   • If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.
   • Refunds are not available once the lineart or colouring phase has started.
