Commissions are only to be used for their discussed purpose

Refunds or cancellations are only allowed during the sketch phase

Do not sell, steal, trace, or heavily reference my art without my consent

I reserve the right to modify all my commissions for advertisement purposes

I reserve the right to turn down any commission request that I do not feel comfortable with

Commercial or Business use without prior arrangement and compensation is forbidden

The purchaser and Atlas will enter into a license agreement (the “IP License Agreement”), in form reasonably acceptable to the Parties, granting to Atlas licenses in substantially similar form and scope as those granted by the SEC pursuant to the Intellectual Property Transfer and License Agreement. The Parties hereto agree to amend the provisions regarding Earn-Out Consideration set forth at a later date hereto as may be reasonably necessary in order to effect the intent of the Parties upon entry into the IP License Agreement.
