   2. NO REFUNDS unless I deem it to be so.

   3. No backing out; you pay for it you can't cancel it.

   4. I will NOT haggle to make the price lower, it stays as is as I say it is. The moment you try to haggle our business will be done and your commission will not be done or even attempted.

   5. YOU pay for EACH item; as in you want two pictures you PAY for two pictures

   6. If more than a week has passed with no word from me then remind me about your commission; please be nice.

   7. I will start your commission when the paypemnt is done..

   8. When you want me to do a commission please type legibly, as in dnt typ lik dis.

   9. First come, first serve. No exceptions. (Not even for the President or a Foreign Dignitary.)

   10. I do reserve slots for commissions if you do not have the money to purchase; again, first come, first serve.

   11. I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason.

   12. No Sex

   13. No Nudity

   14. No Explicit BoyxBoy, GirlxGirl, BoyxGirlxBoy, GirlxBoy, etc. (I just don't feel comfortable drawing that), except the normal holding hands, kissing, hugging, etc.

   15. No adaptions of ANY artwork UNLESS you have written and viable permission from the artist

   16. DO NOT submit any artworks I create as your own in ANY WAY, SHAPE, or FORM; and DO NOT submit them in ANY competitions (Serious legal repercussions will follow if plagiarism is proven)

   17. All image(s) are for PERSONAL USE ONLY; any image(s) that are used to promote anything commercially without my consent will result in serious legal repercussions. If you want to use them commercially then agreements must be settled.

   18. I have the full right to publish the image(s) that I produce publicly in any forum that I wish (Blogs, Social Media, Portfolios, etc.) BUT if you do not wish me to then further agreements must be made.
