The client is aware that additional changes after an agreed upon art piece is commissioned, will result in additional charges. Jacob Carson Art retains the copyright to any art piece commissioned and the right display commissioned artwork on his website and/or other portfolio based sites to reflect his work experience and skill level for future employment. The Client has the right to print, copy, display, and/or share commissioned artwork on social media. However, the Client does not have the right to resale commissioned artwork in any capacity without purchasing additional copywrite from the artist Jacob Carson.
