I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund payment made in the event of a violation of these Terms of Service.

MY ARTWORK, SKETCHES AND COMMISSIONS, NO MATTER WHAT, CANNOT BE USED AS AN NFT, FED INTO ANY AI PROGRAMS, OR OTHERWISE USED AS INSPIRATION/WITHIN THE DATA SET FOR AI ARTWORKS.

1: PAYMENT
I will always do my best to confirm and communicate with clients the pricing and sending of commissions, as well as any potential delays.

I will need your email to use payment processing platforms. This is the same information that will be shown to me in invoices on these platforms. I will never use any of your information or name beyond these transactions, and it will not be mentioned to you or anyone else without your express consent.

I require 50% payment before beginning the commission, and then 50% upon completion. Any installment plans outside of this will have to be discussed prior to the sending of any invoices.
Payment will only be accepted through invoicing.
Payment should be in GBP (£), so please convert prior to sending
Tips are appreciated, but not necessary

Refunds may be given if:
I am unable to complete your commision for any given reason
It has been two or more months since the commission was ordered, and I have not started

By paying the invoice sent to you, you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital service, so it is impossible to get a physical item. You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the payment account related to the provided email.

1. REFERENCES AND INFORMATIONS
   If you provide a reference sheet that is not a digital, full body unshaded reference sheet, know that I am not responsible for any mistakes made. I will still try my best to draw the character faithfully, and am happy to communicate during the drawing process.

Please provide ALL necessary reference materials for your piece before the commission is begun. Both visual and written references are fine, however if a written reference is not specific enough for me to work off of I may need further communication to clarify details.

Please be as specific as possible when ordering a commission. I love artistic freedom, but exact commissions will require exact information.

I reserve the right to refuse to copy/emulate another artist's style or works, as I work in my own style. Asking me to make a commission more simplified or cartoonish is alright, asking me to make a commission like '[artist name]'s' will cause the commission to be refused.

1. REVISIONS AND EDITS
   Part way through the process, you will be sent a sketch in which you will be able to tell me what you may want fixed, changed or removed. Any edits post-finalisation will cost a small fee, depending on what request to be changed. I am not responsible for faults in information I was not provided with prior to the commission beign started.

2. TIME FRAME
   I will try to complete commissions within the time frame of 2 weeks to 2 months. This is subject to change based on the complexity of commissions.

Specific deadlines are acceptable, so long as I am clearly informed beforehand. A minimum of 7 days from the time of ordering the commission will be required, and a rushed schedule may increase the price of the commission.

I will accept gentle reminders or requests for updates during the process, but badgering me to finish the commission ahead of schedule will lead to your commission being cancelled.

1. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
   You may used commissioned artwork for personal use, but you cannot claim to be the one who made it. You can use the art for icons, banners and tattoos without credit. However if you post the art to social media, you must credit me as the artist.

If you sell the character/art, you may not charge more than what you paid for it from me originally.

MY ART CANNOT BE USED FOR NFTS, OTHER CRYPTO-BASED PLATFORMS, OR ANY FORM OF AI ART/AI DATASETS.

I own the rights to all artwork I have created, along with the rights to post my artwork wherever I decide is necessary to promote my art. If the commissioner chooses to keep the commission private, they MUST mention this during the process of ordering the commission.

ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED
Using the artwork commercially (trying to make money off it in any way)
Taking credit for my artwork
Removing or cropping out my watermark/signature
Editing the artwork itself, and claiming it as your own.
