By purchasing a commission from me (The Artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.

Please read the terms carefully:

I, Inno(The Artist):

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.

1. Pay upfront once you confirmed im working on your comish. Do not yet pay if it isnt your turn yet. If you're unsure you may pay quarter first. If you dont pay once I send proof that im working on it. youre automatically dropped. Sorry this is to avoid scams

❤️2. If you dont reply within a week after starting your commission. I will put this on hold and put you last in line on my commissions

❤️3. Visual references is appreciated! I can work with descriptions, though.

❤️4. You may post your commission anywhere, alter it, print or use it as your own piece, as long as you do not claim the artwork done yourself or reselling the artwork itself.

❤️5. All proceedings will be used for my savings for a new laptop and drawing tablet because my laptop is very laggy but I will use this patiently and work my very best to give you quality art. Thank you for helping reach my dreams!

Rushed commissions, delivered within 1-3 days are prioritized first and charged more. -10$ for portrait +5$ if with bg -20$ for half body +10$ if with bg -30$ for full body +20$ if with bg

❤️Size You Can Tell Me But I The Default I Use Is A4 300 DPI Cause Its The Maximum Size My Crappy Laptop Can Handle

❤️Prices May Vary Depending On The Complexity And Add-Ons

❤️I Will Tell You If I Can't Draw Something Or Some Part But I Can Always Try If You Insist And Accept The Risk And Agree Whatever The Result Maybe And Trust On What I Am Capable Of Doing

❤️How I Send Out Art? I Can Send It Through Email Includes The High Resolution Image And You Can Ask For The PSD File If You Need!

❤️I Edit The Final Piece In Lightroom Cause My Monitor In Doesn't Show Full Colors And Is Broken So The Art In PSD May Look Different
