-I have the right to reject any order
-My prices are subject to change based on demand

Process/Delivery
-Commissions can take from 1 day to a month depending on the amount of commissions.
-You will be shown the sketch for approval, the flat colors(no shading) image for approval on colors, and then the piece will be worked on until the finished stage.
-When your commission is finished you will receive a high resolution image file and a low resolution file for posting on the web.

Revisions:
-2 revisions are included in the price point
-Final drawing will not be revised unless there was some miscommunication that caused a glaring error.
-If you have previously approved the artwork and want something changed, I reserve the right to add a fee.

Copyright and Usage:
I Ink Canary, The artist
-Reserve the right to cancel and/or refund the order at any time for any reason.
-I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
-I will NOT claim the Intellectual Property of the commissioned artwork.
-I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you(the commissioner) break any of my terms.
-I reserve the right to post artwork online, in my portfolio as well as artbooks.

You, the commissioner
-You may upload the artwork on any website or social media.
-You may NOT profit off of the artwork. (reselling, redistributing, make prints, sell on merch, etc.)
