I do axcept most of the commisions within subjects of concept art, illustration and design, however i do leave myself a right to decline the commision at any time due to misscomunication or other unexpected problems that might ocure during the process of collaboration.
I give full refund if the problems are on my part and 50% refund if client cancels on the order by the time i have already started it.

That said, please keep in mind that adding aditional requests during the process when illustration/portrait content was already agreed upon will rise the price and time to finish the piece.
