When ordering PLEASE provide any and all information regarding your character(s) Such as Colors, Names, Personalities, Physical characteristics, Expressions, Traits, or Poses. Literally anything you want me to know about your character(s) before i begin drawing. I want to make your picture as perfect and to your liking as possible!
Be warned, however, because I will not go back and redo your picture because you forgot to share details with me. Small edits are no big deal (hair color, eye color, ect.) but larger edits or totally new designs are subject to more cost obviously.

You are the owner of the commission and as so are free to use the art or design as you see fit.

The work that i produce for you are, however, my work nonetheless giving me the right to upload commission work in my portfolio/ deviantart/ facebook/ twitter for my personal record of work. Rest assured that I will not nor will I ever make commercial use of these works.

I'd ask that you never remove the signature from my work and always give credit where credit is due.
